All laptops purchased from NBK Computers include a 30-day warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to hardware performance issues that occur under normal use.

2. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers functional issues related to major internal components, including:

  • Battery health and performance
  • SSD / Hard Disk functionality
  • RAM performance
  • Overall laptop performance
  • Other essential internal hardware components

If any of these components experience a verified technical issue during the warranty period, our technical team will inspect the device and provide the appropriate repair or replacement where applicable.

3. What Is Not Covered

The following conditions are not covered under the warranty:

  • Water or liquid damage
  • Physical damage such as broken parts, cracks, or dents
  • Damage caused by dropping or mishandling the device
  • Electrical damage caused by power surges or improper charging
  • Unauthorized repair or modification of the laptop

Any device found with the above conditions may result in the warranty being void.
